The use of information technology in higher education has long been applied to all stages of the lecture process. This is particularly true for managing liability information at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at the University of Jember. The Sistem Informasi Bebas Tanggungan (SIBETA) will facilitate graduation for students and academic staff in processing certificates of liability for equipment and administrative expenses. SIBETA is the perfect solution for creating an effective and efficient information system by implementing the waterfall method. SIBETA, which has been implemented at FMIPA UNEJ, has significantly assisted students in fulfilling graduation requirements, academic staff in processing liability information, and laboratory technicians in determining the final condition of laboratory equipment. This process helps FMIPA students expedite the process of fulfilling graduation requirements.
